Simply stated, Grace Patalano gets a perfect "10" from us; she is an extraordinary realtor. What makes Grace so extraordinary? First, before we moved forward with the listiing, Grace had unlimited ideas for preparing our house for sale including helping us plan for our cross country move. Second, consistent with her pre-listing work, she identified all of the potential vulnerabilities of our home and made recommendations for fixes (including bringing to us contractors who charged reasonable fees for their work), and identifying open permits with out town and working with us to close them. Finally, when, after Grace completed her pre-listing work, she developed a marketing plan that, in the end, brought many prospective buyers to our home during a compressed period of time, bringing us many qualified prospective purchasers. We recently used Grace Patalano in the sale of our house. She was an excellent agent. From the first meeting when she gave us the lay of the land through the closing, we knew Grace was knowledgeable, honest and on top of everything. Her initial presentation gave us a real basis for the reality of this market, Her pricing was right on - if not what we had hoped. Her advise about staging the house was excellent. She used the internet most effectively as well. The house sold in just about a month in a late Fall market!

Upon meeting Grace via a mutual friend in January 2022, I perceived her to be extremely competent and capable. I had already spoken with a different broker, but, decided after our meeting that I would prefer to work with her. I needed a few more months of preparation to be ready to request Grace's services to facilitate my house sale. During this interim period, she never pressed me to take any specific action. She waited until I reached out to her and let her know I was ready to sell my home. Grace made some very appropriate suggestions with regards to tidying and prepping some things to bring together the unique beauty and aesthetic of this particular house. Through her efforts, after the first weekend of showings, a couple fell in love with the house and property, and, have since closed on the aforementioned. Grace was diligent with every step of this process...I was always 'ahead of the curve' with any research I needed to do to fulfill any inquiries which arose during this journey. Grace efficiently facilitated problems that came up with the title company and lawyers so they were resolved without issue on all sides.
