What makes Grace so extraordinary? First, before we moved forward with the listiing, Grace had unlimited ideas for preparing our house for sale including helping us plan for our cross country move. Second, consistent with her pre-listing work, she identified all of the potential vulnerabilities of our home and made recommendations for fixes (including bringing to us contractors who charged reasonable fees for their work), and identifying open permits with out town and working with us to close them. Finally, when, after Grace completed her pre-listing work, she developed a marketing plan that, in the end, brought many prospective buyers to our home during a compressed period of time, bringing us many qualified prospective purchasers. In view of the above, I strongly recommend Grace Patalano to any prospective sellers.

From the beginning to end, I found her to be very knowledgeable, courteous and, perhaps most importantly, accessible. Buying a house is one of the most important decisions one will ever make.
