" We recently used Grace Patalano in the sale of our house. She was an excellent agent. From the first meeting when she gave us the lay of the land through the closing, we knew Grace was knowledgeable, honest and on top of everything. Her initial presentation gave us a real basis for the reality of this market, Her pricing was right on - if not what we had hoped. Her advise about staging the house was excellent.
